A family-owned residential property business, dedicated to providing affordable housing in South London.

Marden Oak is a 30-year-old company, now being run by its second generation, with over 70 properties in the South London area. We worked with them to develop branding and a logo suite, and build a simple landing page to establish a visual identity and online presence that will carry their business forward for the next generation.

Through a comprehensive design process, we rebranded and build a cohesive design identity for the new phase of this community-oriented organization. They now have a website built to grow with their business as their online needs continue to grow and change, along with a suite of branded professional assets to maintain a consistent visual identity across communications channels.
